I am the founder and president of Radical Paragon Inc. I currently serve as a senior military service member with 13+ years of well-rounded experience. I am an entrepreneur, ongoing scholar in business administration, and lover of seeing small towns revive. The sense of community and giving back has always been at the core of all I do. I wanted to create a self-paced workplace for myself, fellow military services members (past and present), law enforcement, first responders and those who would like to offer their skilled services to build, develop and uplift their communities. As you may relate, I have spent many restless nights inspired by passion to start something of my own. A company that I truly believe is uniquely useful, relatable and meaningful. The purpose had to be for the greater good of more than just itself. This company’s sole purpose is to assist businesses in carrying out their legacies within the communities they have been part of building. The concept has flown in and out of countless thought waves, deliberated over many conversations and without allowing any more time to pass, I bring you, Radical Paragon Inc.

 

Our intentions are to place the needs of the customer above our own while maintaining integrity, transparency, teamwork, and always seeking to understand where all parties are coming from. Collectively, Radical Paragon Inc. professionals have decades of extensive training, formal and professional education, certified credentials and unique global experiences proven to be invaluable in the business industry. Our user-friendly interface makes it easy to digest and determine which services you may be in need of.

 

Radical Paragon Inc. is designed to be a remote/telework business. We can come to your place of work, meet in public or set up virtual meetings. The reason we do not operate out of an office is to keep the cost of services as low as possible. Our competitively priced services make Radical Paragon Inc. a unique consulting company compared to larger corporations. We want to be financially, geographically and readily available so that funds, location and time are never an issue when we receive the request for help. We want to see your shop, business, restaurant, family-owned and operated company or farm thrive so that your legacy may carry on for generations to come.

 

Radical Paragon Inc. leads by example and advocates the “golden rule” in treating others as we would like to be treated. We are committed to contributing 10% of all generated revenue to Allies and Heroes Allegiance Inc., a non-profit incorporation built on the foundation of volunteerism, fundraising, mentoring the next generation, and community engagements. Their board members, leaders, and volunteers consist of military, first responders, and law enforcement heroes who are LGBTQ+ members and/or affirming allies. This commitment will assist in providing a safe-place, nurturement, mentorship, and access to support services for those within the LGBTQ+ community. Both Allies and Heroes Allegiance Inc. and Radical Paragon Inc. are non-political incorporations; we are all simply humans being supportive of other humans while uplifting communities. That is our commitment. That is our legacy.
